Angela was born in 1964 in Stratford upon Avon, the daughter of a midwife and an electrics teacher for the RAF Having studied art and specialised in design for her degree, Angela pursued a successful career in graphic design. In 2006 Angela fulfilled a lifetime ambition and opened a florists in the centre of Brighton specialising only in spectacular roses. Due to her husband's relocation Angela now lives in Surrey with him and their three dogs. This move has allowed Angela to re-visit her passion for drawing and painting and attends weekly life drawing sessions in the county. Angela's distinctive style has developed and grown in confidence, influenced and encouraged by her fellow life drawing artists. She is presently exploring new pastel and painting techniques in her most recent still life work. View more posts
